Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian retail orders of more than $75.

For retail orders of less than $75 we charge a flat rate of $8.00 for standard shipping.

Dispatch and Tracking

​

We generally dispatch orders within 24-48  hours of payment, however this can vary depending on the volume of orders we have at the time. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking number can be entered into the Australia Post website. Depending on the destination country, you may also be able to enter this tracking number into the system of your local postal service (ie. DHL). When shipping internationally, the local postal services generally provide more detailed tracking information than the Australia Post system.

Tax and Duties on Overseas Orders

​

The value of all parcels shipped overseas must be accurately declared under Australian and international law. The prices listed on the Lips76 website do not include any overseas duties, taxes or customs charges which may be levied by local authorities. We have no control over these. If such charges apply these will be the responsibility of the recipient.
